Despues de oír esto, tuve que sacar mi copia de UFO luego luego, solo para verificar que si me gusta esta banda. El genio de UFO esta en el hecho de que la banda mezcla y combina tantas notas e influencias rotas que en cualquier momento podría convertirse en estupideses al azar (esto siendo pretencioso, lo mas probable), un cassette de ensayo con un gran nada, pero a través de estos sonidos al azar, instrumentos raros o vocales bizarras, salen CANCIONES, todo el pinche tiempo!. Ahora con Black Ben, los New Body por fin se desbaratan en mil pedacitos de notas rotas y presentaciones mediocres que estan hechas solo al aventon y sin sentido, es tan entretenido como oír a alguien lavar los platos o sacar la basura una y otra y otra vez con pequeñas variaciones. Ahora que lo pienso, este disco sería muchisimo mejor si sonara a lo que acabo de describir.

After listening to this, i had play my copy of UFO right after, just to verify that i did like this band. While the genius of UFO lies on the fact the band is mixing and matching so many broken notes and influences that at any second it would just be random (one would think pretentious) stupidities, a big piece of nothing rehearsal tape, but out of every random sound, strange instrument or odd vocalization, came a SONG, every-fucking-time. Now in Black Ben, the New Body has finally crumbled into broken notes and half assed playing that’s just random and pointless, this is as entertaining as listening to someone wash the dishes and taking then taking out the garbage over and over with slight variations. Actually, this record would have been so much better if it sounded like that.
