Por lo que oímos a principios de su carrera, nadie hubiera imaginado que los Boredoms sacarían un disco instrumental...un disco sin palabras, si, pero no uno sin vocales. Seadrum es casi instrumental, en el cual sacrifican dinámica por pura atmósfera, y de que crean un ambiente que va a acelerando de esto es algo que se merece alabar. La gente que se queja de que esto no se compara con Vision Creation Newsun, su disco antes de este, y de lo demás debería de callarse, estar agradecidos que tenemos un disco de los Bore ante nosotros (o EP o lo que sea, no importa si es viejo o lo que sea, tampoco) y ponerse a escucharlo de veras, vale la pena dar su tiempo mas que desperdiciarlo escribiendo ensayos en sus message boards, blogs y páginas de internet sobre que tan malo es.

Judging from their early career, no one would have imagined the Boredoms doing an instrumental album...a wordless album, sure, but not without vocals. Seadrum is an almost instrumental album, which sacrifices dynamics for pure atmosphere, and that they create an accelerating ambience of it is something worthy of praise. People who complain about this shit compared to Vision Creation Newsun, the last one, and everything else should stop bitching, be grateful we get a Bore album (or EP or whatever, doesn’t matter if it’s old or whatever, either) and really listen to it, it’s worth your time more than writing essays on message boards, blogs and websites about how much you think it sucks.
